Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. While a clean and comfortable property, the walk to the beach was difficult for my husband who has minor mobility issues. The continental breakfast was minimal and probably should just have gone unmentioned. We paid a good bit for beach access that could not be used by my husband.
