Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).

Hotel was nice. Made us sign to use a $1 travel adapter in the room, which doesn’t happen at any. 5 star hotel. Concierge was friendly and helpful but did not really understand high end requests for dining.

Staff were amazing, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast offerings were fantastic. My only issue was the room air conditioning would not work. I did not report it as it wasn’t overly hot in the room; I just wanted more air flow.
