The hotel is close to the shopping center, food Street. Quiet location & safety

Hotel is located right near the SSP and Apilu street market. It's a little on the rougher side, but it's authentic compared to TST. Which is overflowing with tourists. Staff and reception were very helpful and even left out water, candy and gave me a coupon card to use at the vending machine in the lobby for abstaining from room service for a few days. I will say that the wait for the elevators can be extremely long during the morning breakfast service and new guests checking in. People seem to unnecessarily hold up the elevators creating a sort of jam. I was asked by one lady who was checking in to hold the elevator even though she never got on. There should be clear rules on display and explained to new guests about proper etiquette on how to use the elevators since there's only two.

This hotel is located very close to many tourist area in Mong Kok but away enough to be quiet and out of the main hustle and bustle. You are immediately surrounding be numerous local eateries, 7-eleven, grocery store, etc. within a 5 min walking radius. You are also less than 10 mins from the Mong Kok East metro station on 1 side and about 15 minutes from the Mong Kok metro station by foot. When taking a taxi and you don't speak Cantonese, it would be helpful to have the name and address in traditional Chinese to show the driver. Checking in was a breeze but expect large tour groups at peak times. Staff was very helpful and Jack and his team was efficient, courteous and made the process smooth. Room is small but similar to other hotels in HK. The hotel is not new, likely more than 20 years old. The building is not old but parts of it do show its age. Nothing to complain about. The elevators are slow (only 2) and expect to wait going up or down. The public areas are adequate and pleasant. The room has everything you need, including a multi-plug where you are able to plug your US/Europe/China plugs in. TV is small and there is not a lot of room to store your large luggage. But this is quite similar to other hotels in Hong Kong. There is a small table and 2 chairs so enough to put a laptop for work/play. I loved the water pressure and temperature as I prefer hotter showers. There were minor issues with the rooms but overall, great value stay.

I have to say the staff were very polite and welcoming, and the location was very convenient for us, although it does feel a little dated, other than that it's great hotel to stay on the island.

Huge spacious room with very nice amenities. Extremely convenient and connected to the mall and MTR station. Mall has a huge playground which is lovely!! Went on a mother and child (2yo) trip and it is effortless travelling from one place to another. Staff are very friendly and greets everytime they sees us. Will definitely reccommend to everyone.

It was my first time in Hong Kong and I chose Eaton because of its location! The property has an excellent food court and walking distance to many places. The thing the stood out the most was the friendly and most welcoming staff, especially the folks at Terrible Baby which is the bar at the hotel. Special shoutout to Nishant who gave me recs on where to go in Hong Kong but also a very nice and friendly person! Please stop by and say hi to him if you do stay at Eaton HK! I will definitely stay here again!

Great deal for the space and location. I got the deluxe queen and though small, it was enough for my needs. (Traveling 1 person total with 1 carry-on suitcase and 1 check-in suitcase). The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was modern and updated. The AC was good, the staff was friendly. I didn't really use the common spaces but they looked nice (the lounge/kitchen/laundry room). They have a locked room where you can store luggage after you check out so that was nice. The location is great since it is in the heart of Central and just steps away from the popular eateries and cocktail bars. My only complaint is that the walls are thin as I could hear the girls next door come back to their room each night which woke me up

Property location was excellent. Walking distance to Tsim Tsa Tsui, subway stations, bus stops & Victoria Harbour. When you step out of the hotel you can find lots of restaurants & shopping areas. The location was so lively at night but very safe. Hotel was small but manageable. We enjoyed our stay here & will definitely stay here again on our next HK trip.
