This is the second time that we stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, a bit small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide a glass bottle to be refill in their water dispenser. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and daily buffet breakfast.
The hotel is close to metro station.

Hotel advertised airport shuttle but when contacted day before trip none was provided. Also swimming pool was not operational.
Self service laundry was available and rooms were clean.
Staff was helpful and courteous.

Always stay at this hotel every time we visit Hong Kong. It is in the same building as MOKO shopping centre as well as MK East station. Plenty of other MTR stations within a 10-20 minute walk as well - all mostly connect by overpasses which is handy!
So many good eateries nearby and so convenient to get everywhere.
Booking taxi service for the airport is also seamless.

The location is excellent. This is a decent place to stay for basic hostel style accommodation. The only issue we had was the terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the “non-smoking” room when we arrived. Staff would not change our room so we had to air it out as much as possible before we could enter.
