Room was decent size and clean. The hotel is right near the trains station so convenient to transportation. There's also a street with a ton of restaurants two blocks away. Very easy to walk to. Go up to the workout center at the top of the hotel, even if you don't work out, for a great view of the city skyline. And here's the best part, Try the dinner buffet at least once. It's THE BEST of any hotel buffet that we have eaten at and we travel a lot. For the inexpensive price you get really amazing gourmet food! And for those who drink, unlimited beer on tap! :) There were people who didn't stay at the hotel come to eat the dinner buffet. That tells you a lot!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was extremely convenient, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The only real disappointments were the lack of air conditioning and the absence of a microwave in the room. The absence of air conditioning made the evenings a little uncomfortable, and a microwave would have been useful for quick reheating food. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a great experience, and I would consider staying again - especially if these amenities are added in the future.

The staff were not courteous. but not rude.

Clean communal areas, quiet and business friendly. Decent gym facilities. The rooms were on the small side.

One of the best hotel ever!

we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, it's small but that was expected. Really liked that the shopping and dining areas were walking distance from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay🌺

We had a twin room overlooking the main road on the 11th floor, despite that it wasn’t that noisy. The room was very small. Loved the bathroom, shower was amazing. Great location very easy access to restaurants, shopping and transport. Overall we’d enjoyed our stay.
