The city’s main station was literally through one of their hallways on ground level. The level of professionalism when checking out was superb.

On top of the world room. Views were spectacular. Staff were super friendly the rooms were modern. Easy access to Nagoya Station and lots of dining options.

I like the room because it was clean and feels upgraded. Front desk staff speaks perfect English which made communication much easier.

Its a bit of a tourist trap, and doesnt offer.much for the high prices they charge. Rooms are neat but again, somewhat dsted, and not much space.

Great location, views. Modern cool rooms. Sauna, amenities are top notch. Average breakfast, or at least not memorable.

There were attendants available to assist with checking in and out. They were very helpful in getting us a taxi to the Nagoya station.

The hotel is conveniently located at Nagoya train station. The room was a good size but very dated. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable at all. I'm sure this was a very nice hotel 20 years ago but it could use an update. It was cheaper and the location is great. It was suitable for 1 night.
