第一次入住，酒店易搵人民廣場站19號出口，一出就見到新世界商場直行6分鐘就到，就邊好多食肆及好近南京步行街，房間清潔乾淨，房間窗外是馬路比較嘈，整體唔錯😊

Close to metro station, lack of smiling face from their staffs & seem they rcvd high pressure from their management! Good services during check in & our especially the young staffs help to collect the luagges !

Good location for shopping and sightseeing.

Room is clean and well maintained.surprised that room is much smaller than normal. Bed is also small for one person. Other than that,everything is good.

Summer holidays to bring my girlfriend to Shanghai to play, live in Banyan Tree out of the door is the North Bund, very close and convenient, compared to the Bund, downtown. Olly at the front desk was enthusiastic and the other staff were great! The soaking pool room is worth recommending to friends!

會再次入住 .可以望到東方明珠塔 我住的是高層 但隔音有點差 半夜還聽到別人說話的聲音 整體來說還可以
