I loved it!!!

We enjoyed our time there. The room was a perfect size for the six of us. Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were greeted by helpful staff, offered amenities such as water, tea and coffee, and toiletries. The place is very centrally located - close to Ginza shopping, the fish market and a 7/11! Thank your for making our first trip to Tokyo great!

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

I was really disappointed with this place because the room didn't look anything like it did on the website. It was much smaller than expected.

This is a massive glitzy hotel with multiple shops and restaurants and a lovely garden to wander in. By Tokyo standards (well anywhere really) the room and bad were massive. Very handy place to come back to if you need respite from hectic Tokyo. There are two stations and the Ginza line very close and you can get anywhere in central Tokyo in 30 minutes. Efficient welcoming and highly professional service

Appartement pratique, tranquille, bien situé, bien équipé, et très propre. Le personnel était gentil et toujours prêt à nous venir en aide. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
