The location of the Tower Hotel is great for first time visitors to London! We were able to easily get around to many attractions as well as take the bus/tube to farther areas. The staff were very accommodating and brought up extra fans for us during hot weather.

Lovely hotel in a great place for the museums which also felt safe. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We found it to be quiet. Tube stop opposite hotel. Only negative is that the aircon could not cope (30°C + in London).
