grocery store on 1st floor. little noisy with fire trucks and ambulances. stayed here before, friendly staff and responsive host

First of all, the condo was what we saw online, very nice condo, it was enough for all of us (8 pax) free toiletries and there were enough towels for everyone. Location was very convenient it was close to where we wanted to go, airport and MOA and lots of restaurants in not a far distance. 7 eleven right by the corner side of the lobby was very convenient as well. pool was excellent my kids spend so many hours at the pool. Contacting the host was very easy. we had a bit of check in adventure so it took us almost 1 and a half hour before we got to the condo but it was all paid off when we requested for late check out, the host gave it to us for free, he gave us 2 hrs extention so we really appreciated that. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling or wanting to be near the airport. and for the host thank you for giving us free late check out.

Great place to stay, very clean and friendly staff!

My second stay at Belmont Hotel Manila was excellent. I booked a one-bedroom suite with a living room for my wife and two kids on our return trip to Australia, and it was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and our kids were very happy. It even has two toilets and bathrooms, which made family life easy. The staff were just as accommodating, warm, and welcoming as during my first visit. The hotel’s location is highly strategic, right in front of NAIA Terminal 3, making transfers effortless. I’m already looking forward to my next stay next year.

The pool was closed at 8. Maintenance to the pool was 3rd party. Staff did not have phone or radio access to the person maintaining the pool.
