Staff was so helpful and we were able to store our luggage before checking in. Room was clean and comfortable with many amenities. Would recommend.

The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was an overall great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was overall very clean, though the floor could have been mopped a bit better, especially in the toilet room, I used some bleach wipes I had to spot clean so I didn’t call down to have them come address the issue. If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

Beautiful location and amazing staff.

This was a very beautiful hotel. I loved everything about it and hardly have any complaints about it. If I did have a complaint it was that I was denied access to a bar that was located on the 32nd floor. But I was allowed to go to another bar that was on the 33rd. It didn’t really make sense to me but other than that everything was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

Great place! Staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Wish we could have used the pool with our 2 year old but otherwise enjoyed our stay!

If arriving from Osaka (Umeda), there is an underground passage leading to the hotel. Head to Uncle Rikuro's Cheesecake (Floor B1), walk past it towards Atelier Albion, until you end up in a three way junction (right is towards Kita-Shinchi JR station), so turn left and on the right side of the wall, take the second to last exit: 11-43, where you'll find an escalator. Once you leave the escalator, you'll see the hotel and an alleyway, where the hotel entrance is found. Reception is on the 2nd floor. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fairly spacious. No complaints.

Great apartment in Togoshi Ginza. The location is excellent, right by the shopping street with plenty of food and shops, yet still quiet. Clean, well-maintained, and efficiently laid out with good natural light. Easy access to nearby train stations makes commuting simple. Safe, convenient, and full of local charm. Highly recommended.

We had a two room apartment for three adults. Handy location to Namba shops and trains, Kuramon market for meals & Dotonbori. Very quiet. No staffed reception so check in and out all done online. A great buffet breakfast was included at the second hotel location around the corner. A bonus was a washing machine in our room and a laundromat across the road to dry washing.
