Loved the scenery. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel was overall excellent! I would definitely return again.

The Palazzo is beautiful, and very luxurious! We loved our room with the view of the sphere. Room service took a very long time and my daughter was asleep by the time her dinner arrived. I’d also recommend self parking, it’s much faster than valet! There were some clothes in one of the drawers in our room, which makes me question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. I was a bit surprised by the lack of updated outlets for usbc chargers for phones and tablets. Aside from all of that, we enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay again in the future.

My only problem was at check-in. Encore staff failed to mention that the room is operated by Alexa. We had to figure this out ourselves. Finally we were able to operate the system by voice and by lPad. Staff should always review the system with customers. Can’t really see how this detail got by Management. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Be careful if you have a refrigerator in your room that is pre-stocked with merchandise. It has sensors on every item. If you open the refrigerator and/or simply read the label on a drink or pull out drinks to use the refrigerator for personal use (ex: your own water bottle), you will be charged for that temporarily removed item. I was charged $22 during my stay and never drank any hotel drinks in the refrigerator. There is a sign in the room that stated there are limited outside refrigerators available for personal use which counter intuitive. Unfortunately this is a deception the hotel uses to nickel and dime it's customers. I'm using this $22 frivolous charge to notify other's thinking of staying at the hotel and one reason I didn't give 5 stars. Be careful out there.

Service, staff and amenities were top notch.

The only complaint is navigating in and out of hotel to walk to the strip or other restaurants. Elevators a little confusing until you get used to the technology. Beautiful hotel inside and out All staff we interacted with were nice and helpful
