This hotel stay was perfect! So clean and luxurious, I wish I could bottle up the hotel scent and bring it home with me! Super comfy beds and a quiet place to lay your head and get a good night's rest. Conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown and within walking distance to so many good cafés and restaurants. Also the outdoor infinity pool is at the rooftop level and is a great backdrop for photos. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely book here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and air-conditioned with a most welcome fridge and kettle/tea/coffee. Breakfast buffet was excellent and served until 10am. There was an outdoor pool, but we didn't use it. Only a few minutes walk to the underground station at City Hall. Paid for a late check-out (6pm), which was perfect for a late flight home.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me. The room was fantastic spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The shower was absolutely brilliant, one of the best I’ve experienced in any hotel. The check-in staff were amazing: warm, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about Singapore, which made me feel instantly at home. On the reception level, there’s even a robot coffee machine that adds a fun, modern touch to the experience a small detail, but one that shows how thoughtfully the hotel blends style with innovation. The sky bar and infinity pool are top notch, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere. I’ve stayed at Marina Bay before, and yes, that’s bigger, but COMO Metropolitan really holds its own. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a retreat. Overall, this was a brilliant stay. Stylish rooms, superb service, and thoughtful extras made it memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, character, and a great base in Singapore.
