This is an amazing hotel. Location was perfect and the rooms were also great. Check in and out was simple. Breakfast was good and they had lots of options. I would 100% stay again.

Excellent location, right on Haeundae Beach. Hotel is beautiful and the staff does a great job catering to the needs of its guests. The pools are of varying temperatures (wade pool, lap pool soaking pool, and outdoor pool) and the locker rooms are well stocked and attended to regularly by staff.
We loved having the use of the free self-service laundry (detergent not provided) and lending library, which was a unique feature compared against other hotels.
Breakfast at Aria was of good variety and freshness too.
The ONLY gripe we had was that there were only 3 elevators to service all of the floors, so it took seemingly forever to travel to our floor/lobby/etc.
We are excited to come back with our kids!

Room was very clean. Solid location that was central Busan. Very nice room layout.
Downsides were that front desk didn’t provide coupons for coffee shop at check-in and had to go ask. Soaker tub jets did not work.
I would recommend staying here overall! Great room, great price
