Will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to Fukuoka. Location was perfectly located above the Tenjin Airport line station, with an elevator that takes you directly from hotel lobby to the subway basement level, with the train station turnstile conveniently located within 100ft, so even if you have lots of luggage to haul around it's not an issue. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was amazing and staffs were friendly and incredibly helpful. We had purposely left some of our old clothing behind because we couldn't fit everything into our luggage, they actually reached out asking whether we had forgotten stuff at the room. That's a first for us. This level of service is on another level. The only minor downside is there isn't a loading area to the hotel for passenger/private/rental vehicles, you will have to off load in the hotel loading bay in the back of the building. And parking will just have to be at a nearby public lot. But a complete non issue if you're taking the train. Definitely staying here again for our return to Fukuoka

Love the location, amenities, and service! It’s located at a very convenient section with a subway station 3 mins away, and a walkable distance to Tenjin business circle. The subway nearby also takes you right to the Fukuoka Airport with no need to transfer. The hotel itself is relatively new, the room was spaceful enough to organize the luggages. Water condition was good, and cleaning service is require with stays of 4 nights and more. You always get new towels and water bottles everyday. Staff at the main counter, on the floor and in the restaurant were all friendly and professional. Will definitely book Resol Trinity again if coming to Fukuoka!

The location of the hotel was convenient, it’s close to the train station, close to shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the food at the cafe was delicious; I can’t say none negative thing about our stay.

Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze.
