Great service and kind staff. Spacious and good view room. First the staff gave us a smelly repairment room, but then they change another room to us quickly after we call. They are helpful.

Nohga is a beautiful place with friendly staffs. Breakfast is a must, sorts of tasty bread and fresh salad. Away from the subway station though, but a quiet stay.

樓下就是超市及電車站，非常方便 只需乘坐一個車站到三之宮站就能吃好喝好並購買手信

員工服務周到，但酒店的冷氣不能自動調校，空氣不流通，房間侷促，很熱，要求職員解決，但因冷氣系統太舊未能改善，只能安排風扇。 酒店大，房間也算寬敞，但比較舊。另在地庫停車場泊車後，上落不太方便。 整體各方面一般。

酒店位置很好，对面就是药妆店和电器城，马路对面就是商场，各种吃的玩的应有尽有、也算是难波的大站，出行去奈良、机场和环球都很方便

"Terrible customer service and zero hospitality. I checked in on June 4 and asked to book the free shuttle bus. The staff refused to help and told me I had to use the self-service kiosk the day before my checkout. However, when I tried to book on June 6 at 10:00 AM, the kiosk system failed and only allowed same-day bookings. I went to the lobby multiple times for help, but the staff completely ignored my problem and insisted it was 'self-service.' The staff here care more about pushing guests to machines than actually helping them. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect real hospitality."

房間很大，但是比較殘舊，有接駁車去機場很方便。
