Hotel was basically clean but it’s old. All the furnitures are worn out and the hallway has a smell. Location is wonderful and very convenient.

I think some rooms might be older/need more maintenance than others (comparing my two stays within the same month) but overall still commendable. The staff is extremely nice, great food selection at the breakfast buffet and very well maintained gym.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staffs and breakfast options. Great locations. Easily accessible to shopping, MRT, airport MRT, trains, and food/restaurants. Highly recommended!

This room had all the basics covered. It was clean, conveniently located. It was a bit hard to find since it was on the 11th floor so the hotel entrance is no where to be found on the ground floor. Using Google Maps was def a must. Check in was a bit shaky. At first they asked me to do it on a self guided machine /terminal, but since it couldn’t find me, I needed a person to help me. Luckily, there was still someone there. I think had I been there a little later like after 10pm, there would be no one to assist.

The staff were absolutely amazing, it was extremely refreshing to be treated so so nicely. If I ever make it back here, I would definitely stay there again

Photos did not reflect what the rooms looked like. Dated, mould on the corners of the band very quick to leave in the morning
