Beautiful hotel, with very comfortable rooms and superb facilities. Rooms have an amazing view of the ocean, are clean, and designed to make a more-than-comfortable stay.
My only note is that it has no access to the beach. Keep that in mind if you come looking for sand and the ocean.
All in all, an excellent choice!!

Having just stayed at Hoshinoya Tokyo, I had high expectations. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Tokyo is clinical. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Okinawa is questionable. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning. But no staff ever come and tidy up people's leftover towels etc. However, I would return.

The rooms were spacious and the balcony overlooked the pool with a partial ocean view. We stayed six nights and the bed was changed once only after I had asked housekeeping when I ran into them in the corridor. Room service is non existent. Breakfast buffet was ok and the kids loved the pool area. We had to stay a few extra nights due to a typhoon and they kept rates very reasonable which was appreciated.

We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!
