Great Location, but a Very Disappointing Stay
The only real advantage of this hotel is its location right in Times Square. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
The room was extremely small, and the noisy metal bed made every movement feel like an earthquake. Whenever one person turned over, the entire bed shook and made loud noises, disturbing the other person.
The neighborhood is very noisy, and the hotel itself offers little peace and quiet. Noise came from both outside and inside the hotel, even in the middle of the night. There seemed to be no effective noise-control policy to ensure guests could rest comfortably.
Overall, this is a very crowded and noisy hotel, with tiny rooms and poor sleeping conditions. The friendly and respectful staff were definitely a positive aspect, but unfortunately, good customer service cannot make up for the lack of comfort.
If you're choosing this hotel, keep in mind that you're mainly paying for the Times Square location, not for comfort or a good night's sleep.

8.6/10 Excellent! (6,269 reviews)
Clean hotel, does need some upgrades to plumbing in the bathroom and HVAC. There was a bit of strange odor if we didnt keep the AC unit running. This is our 2nd visit and we would book again. Staff is amazing! Very convenient for theater.
