The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted.
Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro.
The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

The Butler (Johnson) was extra helpful as i'm a foreigner and he was able to see to my needs anytime.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. There is a personal touch to this boutique hotel.
It is close by to Nanjing Pedestrian street without the hustle and bustle of the shopping street . It is also extremely close to a metro exit (within 2 mins walk) and next to a huge mall. The room is clean and extremely spacious for 1 to 2 people stay. The bathroom is excellent with separate shower and toilet and a bathtub as well. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again.
