Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, breakfast is amazing. Bar at night is lively and a great place to end the day. Streets come alive at night with food and vendors a block from the hotel on weekends. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We came in around 5pm but the room was not ready yet; they offered us free drink from the bar. I chose a suite room; size wise was good but we couldn’t have good river view due to the location of our room

Thai style hotel design great dining and facilities - a departure from the boring Weatern hotel label. The staff was terrific. It has a fantastic atmosphere, and the room is large and luminous. On my list to come back 🙏👌

Access to rooms is from an outside corridor. Hotel has no proper entrance, you walk through a bar and corridor to get to the life for reception. Very confusing. However, there are door staff to help you.
Breakfast buffet a bit basic for a hotel.

I was told I would receive two complementary drinks and access to anything in the mini bar .... no drinks and mini bar was empty in my room.
Also unfortunately the doors slam really loud on the floor I was on and could hear doors closing all night as guest came and went. Great hotel but attention to detail a little more would have been nice .
