Staff was courteous. View was really nice, but there were previous stains in the couch from who knows what that made me not want to sit there and the room was way too hot. It was always 29-31.5 degrees C in there and they said it couldn’t be changed so they offered a portable fan

The room was very clean and the location of the hotel was truly the best part. The staff was outstanding, very professional, helpful, and friendly.The ocean views were amazing and the proximity to restaurants and shops was very convenient.

The location is perfect and easy to stroll to BIFF square and Lotte mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The minus thing was only they did not provide bath towel only hand towel. They might provide it but i won’t bother at all.
