Room and bathroom was spacious. Staff went above and beyond.

Such nice people and experience for our first trip to Paris. Booked last minute and so glad I did! Had amazing pastries and drinks every day with a beautiful quaint aesthetic. Room was great and service was absolutely lovely!

Overall the property was excellent including location, condition and the amenities. However, one thing that was lacking was a warmth from the staff especially from the front staff. They were no way mean or nasty. It just seemed sterile and generic compared to its competitors who were more on the personal level. I would think hotel in this level, this item should be the foremost. May be it was one off thing, least I hope.

Clean property, great location, nice staff. No place to unpack anything. Very small room but nice bed and bath.

Air conditioner didn’t worked out! Too hot in the room! Pillows and towels could be better! Rooms with good space but “old aspect”

Exceptional staff made this easily one of my favorite hotel experiences in Europe. The efficiency, kindness, and friendly anticipation of our needs was five star. The beds are super comfortable and there are wonderful dining options nearby, plus it’s easy to walk to the metro to take you to all the sights. Don’t hesitate to book.
