Was a decent experience. Kept having trouble with the elevator and my room key not consistently working. Doesn,t have a service ramp at the main entramce which makes it difficult if youre checking in with a lot of luggage. Parking was an inconvenience also

We chose to park in the garage across the street. No one informed us that the skybridge was closed on weekends which made accessing our car a big problem. Your staff should be fully aware and competent on how a guest can gain entry to the garage on weekends.
