Smithe house is a great place to stay , short walk to Yaletown and the Marina. Property is well maintained and the studios have a modern design and style.

Sparkling clean, great location, overall excellent experience! Kitchen could have been better stocked but I think they deserve 5 stars anyway…loved the beds and the newness of everything!

The Rosewood is one of those special hotels that I will never forget. It is elegant with thoughtful touches. We were upgraded upon arrival. Our bathroom not only had a waterfall shower with strong water pressure but a tub, a separate water closet and 2 sinks. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in with crisp, soft sheets. The staff was helpful with everything. Turn down service at night with shortbread cookies and slippers on a mat next to the bed.

The whole family stayed at The Douglas. Staff were friendly and very professional. Beds were exquisitely clean and comfortable. It was noisy in the lobby when we were checking in as there was a loud party going on, but luckily it did not transfer to the rooms- we were 2 floors above. Housekeeping would only leave 2 bath towels for 4 guests and only added an extra one when we left a note to leave 4. We could have called for more perhaps. The parking garage for hotel guests costs an arm and a leg. Overall, we had a positive experience.
