雖然不是新酒店，但前臺親切有禮，環境乾淨。訂了兩間twins，前臺職員ROY主動為我們upgrade👍因為大雨影響了當天外出用餐，最後選擇了酒店內的葡菜餐廳。款式口味都非常好，環境好，餐廳職員親切有禮，價錢合理，CP值非常高👍有機會會再入住

隔音好差，凌晨俾隔離左右既房開門閂門嘈醒。 冷氣夠晒凍，房間乾淨，電視反應好慢，遙控禁十幾廿次先有反應，但樓下有超市方便

I recently stayed at the hotel for three nights, and it was an almost perfect experience from start to finish. The room that the hotel arranged for me met all my requests and was both comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every member of staff I encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made my stay all the more pleasant. The overall cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the facilities — including the pool and leisure areas — were well kept and inviting. The location is also ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance, yet the surroundings remain peaceful and relaxing. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail throughout my stay, and I will most certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau.

酒店接待人員友善，房間整潔而且隔音很好，整體入住感覺10分良好。而且今次是為慶祝紀念日而來，酒店亦送上甜品和水果，更upgrade了我的房間。如有下次，會再次入住。

職員很友善，酒店位置方便去市區觀光，近餐廳

Overall is OK for this hotel and just the location and transport not so convienient.

A very nice hotel in general, some waiting time is required for check in during peak hours, and waiting time for taxis can be a little bit longer than expected during rush hours. The mall underneath is pretty convenient, ATMs, shops and some restaurants are available by foot.
