We stayed twice during the week and both times check in were given the last room at the end of the hallway. We were not happy about this, and it made us suspect if it was done on purpose. Wont come bk again next time at Sendai

The room was clean, spacious and neat. We were a family of 4 travelling. So we had a connecting room, which was convenient especially with 2 bathrooms.
The staff was nice.
However, we turned up to breakfast at 9:20am, being informed we had to buy tickets from reception. By the time we got the tickets and went back up at 9:31am, the breakfast place was closed. Then, we had to go back down to get a refund. I feel both the restaurant staff and reception staff should warn us that it was too late for breakfast and there was NO POINT of buying breakfast tickets for 4 people at 9:20am when the place was closing in 5 mins!
