Batangas City All inclusive Vacations

They only allow 1 face, hand and body towel. Requested more but was told just one per room. I like to have a towel to wipe down the counter after washing my face. Hotel smelled like sewer the entire time. Door to room would t close properly. Had to keep pushing to close. Ate at the restaurant, took 2 hours of I get food. Has to ask for my tea 3 times! Finally after almost 2 hours, they bought a cup. Was told after that because of the typhoon warning, many staff didn’t show up for work. Completely understandable but that something you should tell people when they sit down. We keep asking when our food is coming, was told 15 more minutes numerous times. Finally when we got angry, they said they are short staff. Still, 2 hours to bring tea is a bit ridiculous.

Light not working in the bathroom,refrigerator is warm, a/ c not cooling good

Very convenient location if you're catching a flight to/from NAIA 3 and you need to stay overnight. The only issue would be if you have luggages since they don't allow trolleys from a certain portion of the Runway Bridge to get to the hotel. Fortunately, we found a luggage stotage service within the airport. Courteous, pleasant staff. Room was clean, adequate space, decent food.

Stayed a week in multiple 2 bedrooms. I would give it 3.8 stars. PROS: The rooms are big enough for a family and occasional family guests. The kitchen and living room is awesome. Washer and dryer is a great plus. Love the ref and washer/dryer. The gym is nice and well equipped. We actually booked this hotel for the amenities like basketball and boxing area. Be aware, there is extra charge for using the basketball area, the pool table, the movie room, and the boxing area is always not open. But having the other things available is great like swimming pool, having grocery store (Marketplace at the basement of the building) and restaurants close by. There is also a 7-11 store just outside the bldg. Breakfast, they try to change the menu everyday. It was great, taste is always on the sweeter side but overall, great choices. The attendants are always respectful and accomodating in all areas of the hotel. They pull up the scores in this review. CONS: The place is getting dated. If the floorings are changed, would make a whole lot of difference. Rm 32C had some mold in the sink, washer leaked. Rm 38C had a couple of roaches. They offered to spray the room but then the aircon dripped and soaked the carpet in 1 bedroom. Rm 31C 2nd bathroom door should open outwards and not in. No one can enter or go out of that shower. I challenge management to try. Overall great stay. Would have been perfect if not for some minor issues. Will stay again.

Clean room. Great location near mall of asia and ayala malls. Good staff.

The king studio room was well equipped with high ceilings, abundant space, and spectacular views. I enjoyed the breakfast bar with plenty of asian, western and healthy options. Explored the rooftop bar for even more nighttime views. Pool was on a noisy level but I liked the clear bottom feature, it was a standout. The front desk was very attentive and I even enjoyed a complimentary 2pm check-out. Would recommend if you're consider I'm Hotel!
