Advertised a pool and breakfast was included. The pool was closed and there was no breakfast. I was offered a credit for breakfast at the restaurant, used it, and then was billed for it.

The service response and help I received from Shannon McKinney the Business Travel Sales Manager and Zachary at the concierge desk were exceptional! We had a transportation dilemma and Shannon worked with us and resolved it! The hotel location is excellent, right next to the train stop from Midway and everything we wanted.

We really enjoyed our stay but felt the price was too high for the size of the room, and the lack of places to sit in the room. Only one chair.
