It was nice that they lend power banks for free

I had an overall really nice stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially housekeeping, who checked if I needed anything when I ran into them in the hallway a few times, even though I didn’t require a full room cleaning. Two main concerns were the shower, which had a slight mildew smell, and the soundproofing. During my 11-day stay, there were two separate nights when I could hear other guests laughing and talking loudly or having mini parties in their rooms late past midnight.

MRT is just round the corner so very easy to get to any part of taipei and about 2 stops from Beimen station for access to the airport express train. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious.

Very clean and cozy hotel at super convenient location!

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and many of Taipei’s attractions. The staff were courteous and the food was okay in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes that would please people from many different cultures. If you wanted to shop, the Q mall is right next door with easy access to the train and metro systems.

I like this hotel very much, the service are excellent the room are very clean and good size, also the bed so comfortable.
