The staff were lovely and thoughtful. The price tag was very reasonable for our stay.

The staff and room were amazing! Beautiful lake view with a balcony and great location for exploring the lake. Very clean and the pool area was great, especially the outdoor area of the pool. The water could have been a touch warmer but that’s a nitpick for sure. Overall great experience

Brilliant - lovely location, beautiful room. Very tasteful and high quality with exceptional attention to detail. We loved it. We had an upgraded room on the 2nd floor - the only slight downside was that our view was almost totally obscured by the building in front. Couldn’t be helped but a bit of a shame. If I leaned right out we had a nice glimpse of the river! Loved the location. So quiet at night but in the midst of things during the day. Breakfast was awesome - could there be some oat milk supplied please? Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would return

The room has potential. Much about the room was fine. Here are the issues that we experienced: road noise, tobacco smoke rising from the restaurant, inadequate interior lighting, no hooks for towels, too few hooks for clothes, the sheets were not clearly clean. If you stay here, request a room on the back, away from the road and restaurant. The place has potential, but the little details matter.
