Super clean and good price

The hotel staff were accomodating and professional. The hotel overlooks Haeundae beach and provides an incredible view from sun up to sun down. There are tons of restaurants and activities minutes away. And you can cheat the salt bread line across the street by going during the odd hours. We will be staying here everytime we come to Busan.

Exceptional stay at LCT Residence. The condo was immaculate, generously sized, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity. The panoramic views were truly impressive and made the experience even better. Looking forward to returning. 감사합니다, 존

Staff was courteous. View was really nice, but there were previous stains in the couch from who knows what that made me not want to sit there and the room was way too hot. It was always 29-31.5 degrees C in there and they said it couldn’t be changed so they offered a portable fan

Very nice accommodations and courteous staff. They were all kind and eager to help. Our 2 rooms experienced cooling issues and were a little warm a couple of nights, but not bad, especially since it was cool outside. There was a little difficulty explaining this to lobby attendants due to the language barrier, but they quickly connected me with someone by phone that communicated in English easily. We enjoyed the location as well.

Furnitures and room itself were a bit worn out here and there. Expected to have bidet in the washroom but it didn’t. However, in overall, very clean and nice equipped room. Hotel facilities were a bit rusted but still fancy. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Visited couple of restaurants and they provided good quality and tasty dishes. Very family friendly so sometimes pools are crowded. Maybe i will revisit someday.

Huge room with amazing beach view.

Pros: location is in Seomyeon no lack of food choices all around the hotel. There’s cafe and convenience store right at level 1. Clean and spacious, TV is smart and comes with Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus app etc. Cons: centralized aircon system = need to open window for ventilation. However the design of windows in bathroom means it is very cold when you head to showers. Also, there’s a lot of nightlife activities way into the early morning 3-4am so opening window also means you need to be prepared for the noise coming from the street. I suppose if you stay at this hotel in the summer where AC is self-controlled it will be a 5-star stay.
