Batu All inclusive Vacations

No so good maintain

Been staying here for my business trips and has always been a pleasure. The room is spacious enough with high ceiling and have complete toilettries and clean.. Haven't tried swimming but this area is the hotel's biggest asset as you can see in the photos. This hotel is also connected to a mall, with 5 minute walk and seemed to be connected to train station. I just hope that the the lounge with conference room would be open for use for others not just for suite guests -even if it's charged as we need to work together.

Cleaned rooms and facilities. Small and not a whole lot of activity options. A bit far from everything, but if you’re looking to relax it’s the right place.

The Hotel and rooms were comfortable and convenient. Wonderful front desk, Cinnamon Coffee House and housekeeping staff. Nice breakfast. Enjoyed our stay

We had a short stay and felt very at ease and location was very conviniently close to other amenities, even Pavilion Mall was few steps away from hotel lobby. Great place to stay..

The baggage staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great.On arrival to our room the mugs were dirty and the floor not vacuumed Our issue was that renovations were being done after 6pm and on one occasion until 10:30 pm, constant drilling. The receptionist were not answering and we had to go down to reception to ask them for the drilling to be stopped.
