I stayed here last night and really enjoyed the experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for relaxing and getting away from the busy city. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Poor instruction for check in, you need to pay cash deposit, which they didn’t mention beforehand. Room towel was also not given enough, but they did send it after we asked for it
But the view and location was very nice

Location central to Shopping Malls, KLCC Centre & Petronas Twin Towers.
Room was very clean and spacious, with complimentary mini fridge.
Staff polite and helpful.

A wonderful experience! The young lady and the young man at the reception desk were super nice and welcoming. The young man who assisted us with our luggage, to sit at the cafe, and guided us to our taxi, was the final Grand Bangsar superb touch.

Need hand towels. If you have international guests, this is the normal for us.
Breakfast was nice. Room cleaned was good. Got a late check out. Picked up from airport. Gym is decent. Could do with few more weight and cardio machines. There is space.
