Scammy vibes from the get go. We had to wait over 30 min to check in even though the desk was supposed to be open and we arrived during check in hours.
Then staff asked us to the pay the full amount for our stay up front in cash. No other payment options were available. The Expedia listing says you can pay at check in via card but we were told to go to a ATM to get cash if we wanted to check in. Once we got to our room it wasn't ready (this was nearly 4pm) and we had to wait another 1hr for towels, finally we just grabbed some from the cleaning staff because we couldn't wait anymore.
Do not book this place unless you like horrible service and a lack of basic amenities.
