Pros: Nice hotel and the room was sizable for NY which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Cons: gnat like flies, mostly in the bathroom but a few in the room area. No killing them off, because more just show up. The hotel says they are working on the problem. Hopefully will be fixed soon

My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.
