The best place to stay in Tokyo! So close to the metro stations, extremely clean and amazing staff who is always so helpful! We always stay at Nohga and hopefully will stay there again :) thank you!

The area is quiet which we wanted! The property was smaller than we anticipated, but it was really clean. Lawson and 7 eleven are walking distance which we mostly had our breakfast and snacks. They also had restaurants around that area and Ameyoko Market is right across the street. Hosts can speak English and very helpful. My dad was missing his new shoes that he just bought and it was found, so we were really happy about that. They also help us get taxis when we went home. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.

New property (opened in March 2026). Good location and staffs are friendly. In-room laundry is the best.

I usually go japan twice a year. I always stay in this Hotel. Room is clean Staffs are nice Location is good

The staff was great! The amount of money I paid for the executive suite wasn't worth it. I paid over $3,000 and the room wasn't worth it.

Unfortunately staff doesn't speak English well

Absolutely highlybrecommended hotel for Tokyo. Excellent staff and amenities. Clean, comfortable room. On walking distance from Ueno station. Very nice brasserie downstairs. Great breakfast, western-style, includes a buffet + one a la cart meal of choice. Modern equipped gym with sufficient equipment and weights for a proper upler and lower body work-out
