bed too soft, bed sheet dirty, poor hitel shuttle arrangement, oversea customers has no phone access

Great space comfortable room. We could not access the wifi unless we installed an app and created an account with their rewards program, we did not appreciate that.

Loved the location! Staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly! Definitely staying here on our next trip.

Slide not in operation which is the reason we booked a family visit here vs other hotels. The rest was adequate but disappointed kiddos.

I have stayed here a few times and always find it clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).

Friendly & relaxed welcome from attentive & responsive staff. Really well located for downtown Toronto and the University area.

Love that i can just leave my room and go check out the Blue Jaya game. Hotel has a good restaurant and starbucks !

When we checked in, there were extremely long lines to check-in, and it didn't help that the front desk staff isn't friendly or welcoming. Also, no one got keys at check-in. After a 5 hour drive, we had to go up to our room, and wait by the door for security to come open it, and then we had to wait even longer to get keys because their machine was broken. Would've been nice for an apology. I'm sure like everyone else, the appeal for me to stay here was the location. The robot in the lobby was cute. Also I was grateful a manager of some sort let us use a secret hidden microwave, it might be worth the money to get one for guests to use near the dining room. Also the floor in the bathroom is SO SLIPPERY we tripped up a few times from that. Lastly, before checkout, our hair dryer started rattling and burning. we had to have someone bring us up another one, but that was definitely a hazard. Long story short, you're staying for the location.
