I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

It is close to Victoria coach station, an ideal location travelling from Heathrow by coach. I love the location offers a buffet breakfast with variety of breakfast options which suit the wide range of palates, guests can enjoy the breakfast before heading out to venture the city. Will definitely stay there again next time visiting London.

Location is great. Very walkable. Easy walk to pubs, restaurants, shops, and underground stations. Hotel is clean and staff was friendly. Rooftop bar was nice.

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The service was fabulous. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and solve every problem or request. The hotel has an old world ambience that is very courtly, if one is looking for that experience. Very quiet, safe and easy walking to the main attractions near the Thames. Highly recommend a stay here!
