The room was clean and the staff at the reception desk was professional. However after a long day of traveling and resting in the room a maintenance person knocked on the door very loud actually, it wasn't a knock It was a loud banging on the door that startled my wife and I. When I opened the door to see who it was. In a rude tone he said he had the wrong room and proceeded to walk away with no apology.
