We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Allotted room was not 300 sq ft as marketed. Bed sheet was having blood stains so not clean overall bed and carpet in room. Room was changed as not ready for check in. Location is good. Breakfast is not great and staff is not great. Quality of Bread etc very poor. AC system is not good. Just ok experience.

Great hotel location for the upper half of Seoul! Easy to walk around and get transit.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Clean room, courteous staff, excellent Wi-Fi as it is in just about everywhere in Korea. Especially liked divided hard tile/wood floor. Loved their hygiene products. I wanted to buy their lotion but it wasn't available for sale. Very convenient location by the Korean National Assembly Building subway station. I was too busy to try their restaurant this time but I hope to try it next time. There was some noise around 8am-9am outside for political marketing/complaint but it didn't bother us.

We loved our stay at hotel naru, the rooms are clean, spacious and have the most stunning view. The buffet breakfast was the best we have ever had, so many fresh and nutritious options and the most mouth watering freshly baked goods. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and the location was also super convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!!

Concierge service was utmost in terms of getting a taxi and shuttle bus to major attractions. Food was absolutely delightful! I am definitely going back there.

One of the worst toilet papers I ever used... Also the towels were so old and worn out... Can not believe this hotel has Shilla brand on its name... Won't be coming back...
