The staff was Excellent. Accomodating and caring. Noel, one of the concierge staff, made our stay especially memorable. He had special cakes waiting in our room on several occasions and some speakers for my daughters phone. Vince, the other concierge was super helpful as well.
Clarrisa at the breakfast reception was awesome and always made us feel welcome. All the staff was terrific, actually.
The location is right on the free bus route that we always used to move around the area in combination tith the Sentosa Express and cable cars. They change the QR code for free travel on the Sentosa Express is updated every 3 days, so keep that in mind.
Universal was great and the Oeanarium was well worth the entry fee.
We will definitely be returning.
