They kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated as we were very tired after taking an early flight from Seoul to Jeju Island. We are very grateful that they went out of their way to accommodate us.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cafe/common area was a bit noisy, but the rooms themselves were quiet. Also very easy to get to and from the airport (about 15 minutes by bus).

Clean room, good amenities, easy parking, staff were helpful, breakfast was decent and affordable. Convenience store and laundry on site. Work area, restaurant, bar, and coffee shop on site. Overall a cool place to stay. You can drive to Phoenix Resort and use their pool with your room key.
