Considering the price, its still a good deal. The room was okay, but the toilet and shower were a bit run down. Some of the pillows were old and too firm. I asked for new ones and we were given extra pillows that were better. Management and staff are great. Very accommodating.

Nice ambience but lack: 1) TV access for different channels; 2) electrical outlets esp in kitchen (no plugs for coffee maker, no plugs for iron - had to iron clothes inside the bathroom ☹️. However, staff are courteous & helpful at all times

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed and bedding was very nice. Staff was gracious and always helpful

Cons: The room is on the smaller side based on the price. Low warm/hot water pressure. No tissue paper nor face towels in the bathroom. Pros: The blinds in the room is conducive for a good night sleep!

Absolutely Perfect! From the moment I walked into the room, I was impressed. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and smelled fresh and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable from soft linens, fluffy pillows, and the perfect mattress that made it hard to get up in the morning!

We always stay at the Prince Plaza II Hotel when we are visiting Manila. The staff are superb, very friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants within close walking distance. We would recommend to anyone.
