Breakfast is delicious.

Overall a great hotel. Very clean rooms with beautiful decor. The support from the staff was inconsistent. Valet location(s) was confusing.

First room the water wouldn’t turn on in the shower, the nobs wouldn’t move at all. Also, the toilet didn’t flush because the tank didn’t refill with water properly. I had to open the tank to manually do it. Staff gave us another room immediately. Also never received the complimentary bottle of wine as indicated when booking the hotel. Staff friendly and hotel very clean despite this. Great location was well.

Clean room, big bed, comfortable mattress and bedding. Good location for public transport and walking to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Downsides - a basic hotel lacking in facilities for a high price tag, probably due to its location. HVAC system in room noisy (not ideal overnight). Very small bathroom - functional but a couple couldn't clean their teeth together for example. WiFi unreliable - needed to use the bar's WiFi as the hotel one wouldn't work.

Great area, staff was excellent hotel is extremely clean, I love how every night they had treats like popcorn night, etc
