The property and feel of the facility is excellent. Everything is beautifully maintained. The staff in all facets is terrific. Housekeeping, food, front desk, the staff at the beach bar and the beach restaurants are extraordinary. Helpful, friendly, accommodating.

Checkin was smooth, but once we got to our room, we noticed one of the ceiling fans was not fully connected to the ceiling. There were never any towels by the pool & we had to go to the front desk to get them. Our second night there, we wanted to take a shower after being at the beach/pool all day ...
