So grateful to Mr Dhali Jenna at the front desk! He was so warm and helpful by providing so many wonderful tips for the service within the hotel and great advice for traveling around sf. Other staff in the hotel are also so warm and friendly. Always greet guests with a smile and available to help. Truthful enjoyed our stay at the Marker! It has made us felt like home. Thank you 😊

At the very least you could provide free parking and shuttle to/from airport for as much as it cost for nightly stays and that high price food.

We were not given a balcony. We didn't drive so didn't use the garage but transportation was very easily obtained. They had a mineral water machine near the use which was great.
The handicapped room was large, clean, and mostly quiet. Had my Aunt been alone she wouldn't have been able to open the bathroom door. There was a button on the wall that did nothing and the door would not stay open. Also, the chair by the window is not safe for a person that can't walk as it is a center rod and tipped easily. It should be a chair with 4 legs.
