The hotel is very close to the Vatican. St. Peter's Basilica is just a 5-8 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing renovations and has several issues. We experienced annoying noises, no hot water in the shower, and very inattentive staff. Breakfast was the best part of our stay. They should inform guests about the renovations so they can make an informed decision when choosing a hotel.

Hotel em uma área cheia de shopping and restaurantes, bem do lado do Vaticano. O hotel é bem velho e os quartos pequenos mas fomos super bem tratados.

while the setting was lovely, the rooms had steps down to the bed without a railing. Same for in the shower. The goodie bag was clever. Breakfast set out at 5am was definitely lacking even though the room included breakfast.
I feel the hotel is just set up for spa treatments, not short term guests.

The serbice in the breakfast was terible , on the day which we left we ordered breakfast to the room , how ever it never came. No one assiy s with the liggage. THE RECIEPT OF PAYMRNT WAS PROMISED TO BE SENT VIA E-MSIL. WE NEVER GOT IT
