The staff was friendly and helped me with delayed check-in because of the flight delay. They were able to postpone my stay for one day without incurring additional charge. I felt very satisfied with the front desk people's help at this stay.

very nice hotel in a good location, very convenient. Worth the money and will stay again next time. Breakfast is just soso, can be better and provide more varieties. Did check the swimming pool but not tried, looks nice. Staff is friendly. Rooms are definitely grand, and clean.

我是从洛杉矶来大连，在這家酒店住了兩個月多，非常满意，酒店硬件设施很棒，服务人员从门口保安、大堂、客房等都很热情周到，特别感谢运营经理吉先生非常的耐心认真，酒店的地理位置也很方便下楼就是凯丹广场可以不出门就乘地铁直接到机场，总之这个酒店我很满意，下次来连还会住这里。谢谢！
