"The double cosy room is extremely small for 2 people and a dog and very tight space in the corridors when cleaning staff and trollies are out. Dog friendly but no water bowls anywhere around the hotel. Can’t believe Reception had a notice saying Back in 10 minutes when they claim service 24/7"
