"The staff were incredibly nice and even upgraded our room. The downside was that the tub was dirty. My partner had to clean it before taking a bath. The Kleenex dispenser was empty. The room was very outdated. This was my second time staying at this hotel and unfortunately the last."

"The only comment I have is that the hotel bar/restaurant is very inconvenient. The multiple hallways and door to get to it is so far out of the way. Every time we went there, it was so quiet. Not easily accessible from the street either. The staff and atmosphere were SO amazing and the food was fantastic. ..."
