Cleaners cleaned the rooms every days with new towels. The front room with city view was a bit noisy even though our room was L6. They do supply ear plugs. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is enough with choice of eggs and Vietnamese noodles soup. Located is fantastic, close and walking distance to shops, restaurants and some attractions.

5 star experience. You absolutely have to stay at this hotel. The service, amenities and overall experience was amazing. The staff were respectful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
