The hotel was great, I loved the decor and vibe. We had never stayed in that area of Seattle before though, probably won’t stay there again because of that. BUT if you like the University district, then you should definitely stay there.

We booked a 2 days hotel with a flight from NY to Seattle and when we arrived we found out from hotel that there were no rooms available because the reservation was for 2 nights latter even . We paid for another hotel and as of today we didn’t get either a refunds even though we gave them 72 hours notice if the error in booking hotels and flights at the same time !!

Housekeeping reused bed sheets twice !!!, the shower made an annoying whistling sound
Most of the time no one was available at the valet. Food at the hotel’s restaurant was way too salty. This hotel was the worst experience we had .

Everything about the Edgewater was amazing. Our party stayed in 2 rooms the night before our Alaskan cruise. We enjoyed the restaurant, the bar, and the rooiness of our accommodations. After we checked out, with our suitcases in tow, we walked the easy 10 minutes to pier of our departure. Great stay at a beautiful hotel.
